DESCRIPTION:This ISO 9001 Internal Auditor course provides delegates with the skills and knowledge on how to conduct effective internal audits and provides a pathway for those that want to progress to become trained as a 3rd party Lead Auditor. \nWho Should Attend \nThis course is ideal for those who have been tasked with undertaking ISO 9001 internal audits at their organisation including Quality Managers and Supervisors along with existing internal auditors who require a refresher training in the latest 2015 version of the ISO 9001 Standard. \nCourse Programme: \n\nTerminology and fundamentals\nRequirements and clauses of the ISO 9001 standard\nAuditor Roles & responsibilities\nAudit planning and preparation\nAudit process & techniques\nAudit reporting\nNon-conformities and follow-up.\n\nCase studies/mock assessments and exercises are used to recognise commonly found gaps and errors in management systems. \nOutcome \nOn completion of the course\, delegates will have the knowledge to conduct effective internal audits of quality management systems. \nRecommended Prior Knowledge  \nSuccessful completion of the ISO 9001 Foundation Course and an understanding of the clauses and requirements of ISO 9001:2015. \nCourse Tutor \nOur appointed trainer for this course is a member of the CQI and a IRCA Registered Principal Lead Auditor with many years of practical hands on experience conducting ISO 9001 third party assessments for UKAS accredited certification bodies and is a qualified and experienced trainer. \nCertificate of Training \nOn successful completion of the course and passing the end of course test\, a certificate of training is provided.
