Top management at Aligned Certification Ltd fully understand the importance of its mission to provide impartial and highly transparent assessment services for management system certifications/registrations in accordance with ISO 17021.
Working in conformance to industry specific requirements and related laws and regulatory requirements, we have extensive processes in place to manage and eliminate anything that could have influence on impartiality. This ensures objective management system certification/registration activities are maintained at all times.
Management of Impartiality
Top management team at Aligned Certification Ltd (ACL) understand the importance of impartiality in carrying out third party management system certification. The company has procedures and systems in place that ensures that any potential conflicts of interest are removed and impartiality and objectivity is maintained throughout the certification decision process.
ACL was founded by its current owner / Managing Director. The company is self financing therefore any funding will not be taken from any source that would compromise the ability to undertake impartial and effective third party audits. ACL will not accept income/payment from sources that may be considered to compromise/ influence the outcome of its certification decision, e.g. finders fees from consultants, bribes from potential clients, unlawful activities.
